Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated at a press conference that from Yerevan there was an offer to invite an international operator to serve roads with Azerbaijan.
“We suggested inviting an international operator to serve roads with Azerbaijan. This is a common practice in the world. But Azerbaijan did not agree to this option,” Pashinyan said.
