Supporters of the Armenian opposition gathered on Friday at the Marriott Hotel in the center of Yerevan, where a conference on freedom of speech is held. The discussions should be attended by the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and the US Ambassador to Armenia Lynn Tracy, the satellite reports.
According to the demonstrators, the ambassador who visited Azerbaijan can not discuss the future of Armenia.
The audience chant “Armenia without Tracy” and “Armenia without Nikola.”
Note that the opposition’s discontent caused a recent interview with the US ambassador to Armenia. Tracy, in particular, said that Washington seeks to help the Armenian people build a future, which is based on common democratic values.
