The Constitutional Court of Armenia recognized the legal (constitutional) part 3 of Article 40 of the RA Law “On Military Service and the Status of the Serviceman”, served by the basis for the dismissal of Onik Gasparyan.

The decision of the Constitutional Court provides for the dismissal of a contract serviceman with a military position for the inconsistency of the post as a result of certification or as a disciplinary action.
Recall, President Armen Sargsyan appealed to the Constitutional Court, twice refusing to sign the appropriate draft of the decision, made by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and he entered into force on the law.
