At the moment, any negotiation process with Turkey is not conducted, the Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in an interview with “Nouvelles d’Arménie”.
According to him, the program of the Armenian government is enshrined that Armenia is ready to normalize relations with Turkey without preconditions.
“The lack of diplomatic relations between Armenia and Turkey negatively affects stability in the region,” Mirzoyan added.
