The leader of the separatists of Karabakh Araik Harutyunyan decided to return Vitaly Balasanyan to the “Political Field”, the Armenian media write.
As the publication says, Harutyunyan managed to convince Balasanyan to return, and in the coming days he will be appointed “Military Advisor” and he will be instructed to resume negotiations with the Azerbaijani side, which Balasanyan was engaged in the “Secretary of the Council of Security of Councils”.
According to the publication, Balasanyan was “dismissed” at the insistence of the State Directorate of Ruben Vardanyan. The latter accused Balasanyan of “cannot defend the interests of Karabakh and fulfill the requirements of Azerbaijan in negotiations.”
According to the publication, Harutyunyan demonstrates that he is ready for negotiations with Azerbaijan. In addition, he shows that he makes decisions in Karabakh, not Ruben Vardanyan.
