The Minister of Defense of Armenia Suren Papikyan rejected the idea of freeing the military transferred by Azerbaijan, the Armenian media write.
Papikyan responded to the journalist’s remark that these military personnel are “in a difficult psychological state” after returning, and is it possible in this regard at the legislative level to free them from service in the Armed Forces.
“I do not think that those who return from captivity need to be released from the army service,” Papikyan said.
