October 13, in the region of 14:00, illegal Armenian armed formations fired a car stripper with non-military cargo, heading from Sugurevan to Kelbajar. The incident occurred near the village of Goslukrup, reports the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
As a result of the shelling, the front, rear parts, wheels and mechanisms of the movement of the car “Niva” of the military automotive inspection of the military police of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, which was moving ahead of the column. Fortunately, no dead and wounded.
The report of the Ministry of Defense marks the inadmissibility of the shelling by the illegal Armenian armed formations of a civil caravan of civilian destination, moving, accompanied by Russian peacekeepers in order to restore civil infrastructure on the liberated territories.
To investigate this incident, the Ministry of Defense sent an appeal to the command of Russian peacekeeping forces, temporarily stationed in a certain part of the Karabakh Economic Area of Azerbaijan, and to a joint Russian-Turkish monitoring center.
