According to information, the Center will be free to train young Armenians to Azerbaijani. It is reported that the initiative is implemented by the Genesis Armenia Foundation.
It is worth noting that Armenia has previously expressed readiness to demarcate borders with Azerbaijan based on Soviet maps. This can be a prerequisite for the preparation of a large peace agreement, for the signing of which mutual recognition is necessary for two countries of the territorial integrity of each other.
The progressive Armenians living in the area of responsibility are understood that sooner or later they will have to be integrated into the Azerbaijani state. This caused an increased interest in learning Azerbaijani in Hankendi.
