President Armen Sarkissian did not send a decree on the dismissal of Onik Gasparyan to the Constitutional Court, but he can still resolve this issue, said Vazgen Manukyan, a candidate for prime minister from the opposition Movement to Save the Motherland.
“Lawyers have found one way according to which Onik Gasparyan cannot be removed from office until March 8. During this period, the president must intervene again. This promise and the situation were explained to our delegation. That is, we did not get what we wanted completely, but there is a way out.” , – said Manukyan, quoted by Sputnik Armenia.
The oppositionist added that he does not intend to achieve his goal with blood and urged the audience to be patient.
Manukyan said that the movement will continue its activities – Baghramyan Avenue will continue to remain closed, and the leaders will go to the regions where they will campaign.
