The preliminary investigation in the criminal case of the former head of Baku Steel Company Rasim Mammadov was completed.
Materials collected for 18 months by the investigating authority are sent for consideration to the Baku court for serious crimes.
The case will be considered under the chairmanship of Judge Leila Askurova-Mamedova.
Meanwhile, according to Haqqin.az, lawyer Elchin Sadygov, the investigation in relation to Rasim Mammadov made many violations.
“My client is not satisfied with the course of the investigation and complains of offenses,” he said.
Recall that Rasim Mammadov was detained by SSB officers. A criminal case has been instituted against it under Articles 308.2, 179.4, 178.3.2 of the Criminal Code of Ar.
