Chairman of the Federal Political Council of the Union of Right Forces, political scientist Leonid Gozman received 15 days of administrative arrest under Article 13.48 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the Tver Court of Moscow said.
This article appeared in the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia in April 2022, after the start of the war in Ukraine.
Note that earlier Gozman made several publications on social networks, in which he identified the USSR with Nazi Germany from the Second World War.
