about 25 people from a joint united operational group (CJTF) were killed as a result of the attack organized by ISWAP (West African wing of the Deaash terrorist organization) and members of armed Band in the Nigerian states of Borno and Sokoto.

According to information from local media, a mine exploded on the path of the CJTF car, laid down by ISWAP members in the GAMBORA GGAL area of ​​Borno.

The head of the CJTF Tijama Umar said that 11 people were killed as a result of the attack, two more were injured.

On the other hand, as a result of an armed attack on the ISA region, 14 members of CJTF were killed in Sokoto, said CJTF employee Ismail Haruna.
