The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan reports that a peaceful resident was killed as a result of an explosion of mines in the Tertersky district.

Jaguar Gadiev died as a result of the explosion of the anti -personnel mines in the rural area of ​​the villages of the Tersky District, the ministry said.

The village of Chayli, Teretersky district, before the beginning of the 2nd Karabakh war, was on the contact line. The village, part of which was under the control of the Armenian army, was released from the occupation on October 9, 2020.

According to estimates, in the territories liberated by Azerbaijan from the occupation, there are hundreds of thousands of mines established by the Armenian troops.

Since the end of the 2nd Karabakh war, 64 Azerbaijani have died from the explosions of Ming, 266 people were injured.
