As a result of the crash of the Mi-8 helicopter in the Altai Republic, six people were killed, the Russian Ministry of Emergencies reported.
“In the Republic of Altai, when landing in the village of Tungur, Ust-Kokokinsky district, according to preliminary data, the Mi-8 private helicopter, followed by a fire,” the report said.
Six people were killed, seven were injured. It is noted that the passengers of the helicopter were tourists.
The press service of the Ministry of Emergencies noted that fire and rescue units are already working at the scene.
