Syrian President Bashar Assad confirmed the support of the Russian war in Ukraine. He reported this during a meeting with the special representative of Russian President Vladimir Putin Alexander Lavrentiev, Sana reports.
“President of Assad confirmed that now an enhanced political and informational struggle is being conducted in the world, and its strengthening requires greater stability and clarity in a political position, noting Syria’s position in support of the Russian special operation in the Donbass,” it was reported.
