Assets of State Duma deputies were arrested in Montenegro

Montenegro, who joined the EU sanctions against Russia, arrested 34 citizens of Russia on its territory, including State Duma deputies and an employee of the Russian Presidential Administration, Alexei Gromov, who is called the “curator of the Kremlin propaganda.” According to European Pravda, a list of Russians whose assets of Montenegro were arrested on their territory, on Monday, published the Vijesti.

So, the list contains the deputies of the Russian State Duma from United Russia (Anna Kuznetsova, Leonid Ivlev, Viktor Kazakov, etc.), the Communist Party (Oleg Smolin, Oleg Lebedev, Irina Filatova), LDPR (Vasily Vlasov) and “Fair Russia “(Dmitry and Andrey Kuznetsov).

In addition, the list has a namesake of a member of the Security Council of Russia Sergey Ivanov and the first deputy head of the presidential administration Alexei Gromov. The media reported that it was he who oversees propaganda and information policy in the Kremlin, in particular, through state television channels.

As noted by the Russian investigation “Project”, not one of the representatives of the Russian authorities whose names coincide with the names in the published list officially do not own real estate abroad.

According to Vijesti sources in the Montenegro government, the published list is not final and can be adjusted taking into account the information received.

All Russian real estate, which was arrested in the framework of the annexation of Montenegro to EU sanctions, is located in three cities – Herceg -Novy, Budva and Zhabebya. At the same time, it is possible that property in Montenegro owns the property through fake companies.
