In the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, a preparatory meeting was held in the criminal case of Isamikhan Mirzoyeva, accused of applying knife injuries to the rector of the Baku State University and the commandant of this educational institution.
As reported by Haqqin.az, the questionnaire data of the accused was refined at today’s meeting. Consideration of the case appointed on December 21.
Recall on July 27, 2021, in the main building of the Baku State University, an employee of the Household Department of the University of Ismikhan Mirzoev inflicted knife wounds of the Advisor of the Rector of Financial Affairs Mirz Mirzoyev and the commandant Shahlar Bahaliyev. Ismikhan Mirzoev was detained. By the decision of the Yasamalsky District Court, I.Mirzoev was convicted of article 126 (intentional causing grievous harm to health) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, the preventive measure was elected against it.
