In the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, a preparatory meeting of the court in the case of the arrested blogger Ati Abdullayev was held. According to his own Correspondent Haqqin.az, the meeting was clarified by personal data.
Posted by lawyer blogger filed a petition for replacing the preventive measure of Ati Abdullayev at home arrest.
Then the word was transferred to Athe Abdullayev, who noted that he would not apply to international organizations with a request to protect his rights. The blogger said he believed in the justice of the Azerbaijani judicial system.
Ata Abdullayev also swore that the victims of his case pass through people whom he sees for the first time.
The court did not satisfy the petition of the side of protection. The next session of the court is scheduled for October 19.
