In Chisinau, with the support of the Azerbaijan Embassy, the Moldavian-Azerbaijan Congress and with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, a conference dedicated to the events in Khojaly was held. The event was organized as part of the traditional action “Justice for Khojala”.
According to Haqqin.az, the event was attended by deputies of the Azerbaijani parliament, officials and public figures from Moldova, Turkish ambassadors, Bulgaria of Qatar, Israel, Romania, Kazakhstan, heads of Jewish organizations of Moldova and journalists.
The participants of the event were distributed brochures, leaflets, compact disks with the film “Endless Corridor” and badges about the Hodzhalin genocide, donated by the Heydar Aliyev fund. Then at the conference the film “Histogram #khojaly” about the Hodzhalin genocide was shown.
Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Moldova Gudsi Osmanov, the head of the Office of the President of Moldova Andrei Pypin, deputy of the Milli Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic Tair Mirkishili, Moldovan Moldova, Vitaliy Zhakot, deputy of the Azerbaijani Parliament, Saltan Mamedov, spoke at the conference.
