“In the criminal case, which was launched in the Investigative Department of the General Prosecutor’s Office, Zaur Mirzoev was involved as the accused under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code and, by decision of the court, the preventive measure in the form of detention was elected in relation to him,” the statement said.
The investigation found that the assistant to the head of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the colonel of the internal service Zaur Mirzoev installed a hidden camera on the service computer for the implementation of video and photography. The shooting of intimate communication with women was carried out from 2013 to the end of 2019. This led to the spread of illegal pornographic materials on the Internet in August 2022.
