The investigation of the criminal case initiated in the General Office for Combating Corruption under the General Prosecutor in connection with the violations detected in the activities of Beylany Agricultural Production Enterprise LLC.
According to the General Prosecutor’s Office, the press service of the General Prosecutor’s Office, it was found that the Cherkis of Shirinov and Ramazan Huseynov, at different times the director of the above-mentioned LLC, entering the criminal conspiracy with the chief accountant, agronomist and other officials of the enterprise, caused Material damage to the state for a total of 157 thousand manat.
Damage caused partially reimbursed.
Ch. Shirinov and others were charged under Articles of Management 179.2.1 (assignment or waste committed by a group of persons under the preliminary conspiracy), 179.2.3 (assignment or embezzlement committed by a person using his official position), 179.2.4 (Assigning or embezzlement committed with causing significant damage), 308.1 (abuse of authority), 313 (official forge), 314.2 (negligence, entailed grave consequences) and on other articles of the Criminal Code.
The criminal case for consideration is sent to court.
