Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the creation of an agency of information and communication technologies under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the official website of the head of state said.
According to the decree, the authorized fund of the agency is 100 thousand manat and is formed at the expense of the state budget of Azerbaijan. The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport is instructed to approve the structure of the agency, the wage fund, the staff of employees and their wages after state registration of the agency.
The head of state also approved the Regulation on the Agency.
