The head of the Department of the State Archive of the Dzalilabad district, Togrul Charpsu Iskanders, was detained upon receipt of a bribe. This is stated in the message of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
According to Togrul Crowns, being in collusion with his acquaintance Bagir Shiraliev, received a bribe for the fact that, on the basis of existing archival documents, he issued a certificate to the citizen to allocate a land plot.
It was also found that Togrul of Pervenders, together with Bagir Shiraliev, under the guise of issuing fake certificates of work experience, assigned 11,500 manats from citizens.
In relation to Togrul of Pishenodrov and Bagira Shiralev, criminal cases have been instituted. By a decision of the court, Togrul Crowns was arrested, a preventive measure in the form of house arrest was chosen in relation to Bagir Shiralev.
