Azerbaijan and Pakistan expand cooperation

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population met with the Ambassador of Pakistan to Azerbaijan Bilal Khayi. The press service of the ministry said that Minister Sakhil Babaev, emphasizing the high level of relations between Baku and Islamabad, said that the presidents of the two countries pay special attention to the development of bilateral relations, emphasized the important role of mutual visits and signed documents in the development of cooperation.

Sakhil Babaev noted that the political and moral support provided by Pakistan to Azerbaijan is highly valued by the Azerbaijani people, and expressed appreciation for this support.

The minister said that the two countries have great potential for expanding cooperation in many areas, including labor, employment and social protection, informed the ambassador about social reforms conducted in Azerbaijan, and the Dost.


noting that Azerbaijan is a friendly and fraternal country for Pakistan, the Ambassador of Bilal Khaii expressed satisfaction with a constant expansion of bilateral cooperation, as well as confidence that these relations will expand from year to year, including in the social sphere.

During the meeting, Babaev and Khayi signed a memorandum of understanding about cooperation between the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Labor and Development of Human Resources of Pakistan.

The party noted that the document will play an important role in the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Pakistan in the field of labor, employment and social protection.
