Delegation, headed by Deputy Minister of Defense of Turkey, Mukhsin Deren, is on a working visit to Azerbaijan. It is reported by Haqqin.az with reference to the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
Today, on September 27, negotiations took place between the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov and the representative Turkish military delegation led by M. Deren.
Hasanov emphasized that in order to increase the defense capability of Azerbaijan, cooperation with Turkey in military, military-technical, military-educational spheres, which is one of the important factors providing stability in the region.
Turkish Defense Deputy Minister noted the importance of the development of joint military defense industry, exchange experience between countries.
At the meeting, the development prospects and the main directions of Azerbaijani-Turkish military cooperation were discussed, an exchange of views took place on the conduct of joint military exercises with the involvement of various types of army army for two countries.
