All materials on crimes committed by Armenia against the Azerbaijani people are submitted to the European Court, said the deputy chairman of the Supreme Court of the Genghis Asker at the conference on the topic “Military crimes of Armenia against Azerbaijan over the past 30 years” organized by the Center for Social Research (CSI).
Askerov emphasized that in October 2020, Azerbaijan appealed to the European Court with an interstate complaint:
“In January 2021, Azerbaijan filed an interstate complaint. All war crimes committed by Armenia were set out in detail. I am sure that the European court will make a fair decision, and in order to restore the violated rights of the Azerbaijani population, compensation will be determined”.
