State Agency of Medical and Social Expertise and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of population in January-August 2021 was appointed a disability of more than 35 thousand citizens.
According to haqqin.az the press service of the Ministry of Labor, 11 thousand primary disability was appointed persons, the rest – re-issued or appointment of disabilities. Following the appointment of disability these persons were receiving a pension or disability allowance in the form of a proactive means of an electronic system.
In the first eight months of this year, 8500 people with disabilities provided about 30,000 rehabilitation funds. Some of them have been delivered to the address. In addition, during the period in rehabilitation centers Agency were provided rehabilitation services to 4,600 disabled people, including disabled veterans.
