The candidacy of the Deputy Chairman of the Union of Protection of Human Rights from Zenjan South Azerbaijan Nargiz Muhammedy is nominated to the Nobel Prize of the World.
Her candidacy entered the short list declared by the director of the Institute for Research of Peace Problems in Oslo (Prio) Henrik Urdal.
He called the candidates who occupy the first positions on the list, and Muhammedy is located on the first line.
In 2022, she was awarded the Prize of the Organization “Reporters without Borders” in Paris in the category of “Courage”.
Currently, Muhammedy is under arrest in the Iranian prison.
