Azerbaijan is represented on Turkish “Technofest” 11 starters

Ataturk International Airport in Istanbul held the discovery of “TechnoFest” – aerospace and technological festival. The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Rashad Nabiyev, managers, representatives of various Gosstructures, students of higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan.

The event “TechnoFest” since 2018 is held annually with the joint organization of the Fund of the Turkish Technological Team (T3), whose leaders are the Ministry of Industry and Technologies of Turkey and the Technical Director of Baykar Makina, in partnership with more than 60 state institutions, universities and private companies. Turkey.

Purpose – popularization among young people in Turkey, such as aviation, space industry, digital economy, promoting entrepreneurship in these areas, identifying knowledge and skills of young engineers through competitions organized within the festival, as well as the presentation of national technologies to the general public.

At the Tekhnofest event, when organizing the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, 11 Azerbaijani startups are represented in the National Pavilion. Among them – the Space Station model “Road Victory”, IDRAK Technology Transfer projects, Startup Products “Strike”, İqlime, Safee Bike, Viastellar, Healwith, Smogfree, Battle Of Bots, Smart Parking IoT and GSM Smart Electric – AMR ST 13.

Our startups cover such various areas and directions as space industry, military industry, education, medicine, agriculture, transport, video games and new technologies in general.

The Minister of Industry and Technologies Turkey Mustafa Varank visited the National Pavilion of Azerbaijan and got acquainted with Azerbaijani startups.
