In the city of Aktau (Kazakhstan), a planning conference on the organization and conduct of the operational-tactical command and staff exercises “Birlestik-2024” with the participation of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan took place. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
The event was held in accordance with a joint plan signed between the Ministry of Defense of the five countries.
At the conference, a number of issues related to preparation for exercises and upcoming tasks were discussed.
on the exercises that will be held in July of this year at the Oymash training training ground in Kazakhstan, as well as at Cape Tokmak, located in the Kaspian Sea, will be carried out to “carry out educational and combat tasks in the direction of determining the zone of armed conflicts” .
