The Azerbaijani Naval Forces, together with the Air Force, conducted tactical exercises “Heaven Caspian-2024” on the organization of air defense. This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic.
The exercises were held according to the training plan for 2024, approved by the Minister of Defense Zakir Hasanov.
In total, 300 personnel, control ships, combat and guard ships, boats, combat helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles were involved in the maneuvers.
“During the tactical exercises conducted in two stages, the military personnel of the Navy and the Air Force demonstrated high professionalism in the fulfillment of the tasks,” the report said.
