“Former presidents of Armenia Robert Kocharian Serzh Sargsyan is brought to criminal responsibility for the relevant articles of the Criminal Code and are wanted.” This was stated by the head of the department of special investigations of the Military Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan, senior adviser to Justice Emil Tagiyev.
He stressed that since February 1988, Kocharyan and Sargsyan in order to incite national hostility, hatred between Azerbaijani and Armenian peoples, gathered and held meetings of workers of Armenian nationality in organizations and institutions of the city.
