As part of another project implemented on the basis of the Order of Social Services of the Agency of Social Services at the Ministry of Labor, there are rehabilitation services to children with disabilities.
As reported by HaqQin.az in the ministry, according to the project “Organization of activities of the centers of social rehabilitation of children with disabilities,” rehabilitation centers are organized in Baku and regions of the country. In these centers, children with a diagnosis of autism, with Down syndrome, as well as other physical restrictions, rehabilitation services are rehabilitated, and to promote the development of their abilities, work is carried out according to plan developed individually for each of them.
Purpose – to support social rehabilitation of children with disabilities, as well as help their families in gaining knowledge and skills in the integration of these children to society.
For a new project this year, about 5 thousand children with disabilities are provided for social rehabilitation.
