Today, throughout Azerbaijan, a minute of silence will be honored by the memory of the victims of the Khojaly Genocide, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
It is noted that in connection with this at 17:00 for one minute, traffic will be suspended.
“Ships in the Baku Bay, cars on the roads of the capital and the train will give a beep in memory of victims of bloody events in Khojaly,” the report says.
