By 2025, the Azerbaijani government plans to build a gas pipeline from Agdam to Hankendi and install gas regulatory points on it, the Azerbaijan approved by the President of Azerbaijan “I state program of a large return to the territory released from the occupation”.
Construction work will be carried out by the State Oil Company (SOCAR). The relevant works will also be carried out by the Ministry of Economic Crime, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Emergencies and the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture.
