In accordance with the instructions of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the amount of 500 people, helicopters, as well as other necessary equipment and accessories will be sent to fraternal Turkey as soon as possible. This was said during a telephone conversation of the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Assadov with the vice-president of Turkey Foat Oktay, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to the report, during a telephone conversation in connection with the forest fires ongoing in Turkey, it was noted that Azerbaijan, as always, is at this difficult moment next to the fraternal country.
It was emphasized that Azerbaijan is ready to provide Turkey in the fight against forest fires and mobilize all necessary forces for this.
