Wheat Import to Azerbaijan in January-November 2022 amounted to 1 million 167.957 thousand tons, which is 14.8% more than 11 months of 2021, the Interfax-Azerbaijan agency was told in the State Statistics Service.
According to statistics, the total cost of wheat imported into the Republic of wheat amounted to $ 398 million 9.9 thousand (growth of 38.4%).
At the same time, in November 2022, the volume of imports amounted to 211.683 thousand tons by $ 68 million (in October 2022 – 212.074 thousand tons of $ 67 million 943.2 thousand). Thus, in November, a ton of wheat was acquired by Azerbaijan for $ 321.23. In general, the average price for purchased wheat in January-November amounted to $ 340.77 per ton.
