“The ongoing territorial claims of Armenia to Azerbaijan show that this country did not make the right conclusions from the 44-day war. On the contrary, supported the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan in resolutions adopted by the General Assembly and the Security Council. In this regard, it is not clear to restore which “neutral status” calls on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
