The General Prosecutor’s Office has distributed information in connection with the election of preventing measures in the form of an arrest with respect to the judge accused of killing his wife.
As reported to journalists in the press service of the General Prosecutor’s Office, to indicate the leadership of the General Prosecutor’s Office, the investigation of the criminal case, initiated in the prosecutor’s office of the Sabunchinsky district under the article of the Criminal Code 120.1 (intentional murder) on the fact of the murder on May 30, a resident of the capital Akhmedova Parvana Suleiman Gyza was instructed by the investigative Management of the General Prosecutor’s Office.
In the course of the preliminary investigation, the grounds were revealed for suspicion that P. Amhedov killed a shot from his hunting rifle her husband, Ahmedov Fahan Rovshan Oglu.
F.Akhmedov was brought to justice as an accused under the article, the court elected a measure of preventiveness in the form of arrest.
