The main goal of the Azerbaijan State Economic University (UNEC) is to enter the number of 500 best universities in the world, the rector of the educational institution said the adalat Muradov, speaking at the event.
According to him, 46 percent of those who want to get an education in MBI choose UNEC:
“last year 316 foreign students were adopted at the university. Although in 2014 this number was 264, the indicator is still lower than international standards. According to standards, the number of foreign students should not be less than 5 percent of the total number of students. There are problems with the hostel. But there are serious programs in this direction, and I think that we will also achieve progress in this area, ”said Muradov.
He noted that the main goals are phased abolition of exam sessions in UNEC.
“similar experience is used abroad. We must think about its implementation in our universities. In this case, a specific project will be issued to the student each month on the basis of which the student will be evaluated. Thus, the exam will not be needed,” the rector said.
