In 2022, in Azerbaijan, regional (city) departments of registration of the Ministry of Justice registered 6,1939 marriages and 15983 divorces, the State Statistics Committee report.
It is noted that compared with 2021, the number of marriages per 1000 people increased from 5.6 to 6.1, and the number of divorces decreased from 1.7 to 1.6.
