As reported in the Bardinian Regional Group of the press service of the Ministry of the Interior, a resident of the Khysinsky district Namig Novruzov was detained as a result of operational and search measures.
With a personal inspection of Novruzov, a marijuana was detected and seized, which is a narcotic agent.
