As noted at a meeting of the UN Security Council, Azerbaijan is committed to the world, stability and development in the region. The position of Baku in this regard is clear, fundamental and consistent, based on international law and the prevailing international practice, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said.
The Foreign Ministry repeated the call to the international public to convince Armenia to answer Azerbaijan’s proposal, to stop political and military provocations, to abandon aggressive rhetoric and actions, to be kind to direct negotiations to search for a peaceful diplomatic solution to all issues that are included in the framework of interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
