The first stage of the Azercell Telecom LLC, aimed at increasing the knowledge of women in the field of technology and business, as well as the development of startup ideas.
, as part of the Her IMPROVEMENT project, implemented by the country’s leading mobile operator in partnership with FemTech, participants underwent educational courses that swept over such topics as “digital products”, “blockchain”, NFT, “smart city/village”, “modern Web 3.0 technologies, “The role of startups today.” It should be noted that Azercell officers also acted as trainers.
Currently, with representatives of 5 teams open to innovation and education, as well as those striving to realize the idea of a startup, work has been organized on the profiling, formation and improvement of the product.
as part of a program that will last until May 2023, girls will take part in programming classes, will meet with professional mentors, IT industry leaders and the founders of startups with real experience in local and international markets.
As part of the project, the participants will also have the opportunity to go through the incubation program for the development of startup ideas, practically realize the knowledge gained and establish professional connections.
