Another “Open Microphone” action, organized by Azerigaz, was held today, May 12, in the Binagadinsky district of Baku.
The head of the Azerigaz complaints investigation department, Ibrahim Kerbalaev, greeting the participants, called on them to tell about all the problems. Deputy Head of the Department of New Gasification and Development Ilham Mehbaliev noted that, within the framework of the powers of the production association, citizens will provide all the necessary support.
Citizens’ issues were related to low gas pressure, replacing the meter with a prepayment counter, etc.
Azerigaz representatives provided detailed information on appeals and noted that all appeals would be registered and transferred to the general director of the association.
The shares were also attended by officials of the relevant departments. It should be noted that today’s meeting is the 63rd in the framework of the Open Microphone.
