The organizer of the official lottery and legal gambling of Azerbaijan, Azərlotereya, submitted a financial report over the past year.
During the reporting period of 2021, the payment of the company to the state budget as income tax compared to 2020 increased by 290 percent, amounting to 5.1 million manat.
The tax obligations that have arisen in connection with the company’s activities for 2021 were paid in time in accordance with the law, there were no tax obligations left.
In 2021, the income of Azərlotereya OJSC from sales compared to 2020 increased by 147 percent, amounting to 43.9 million manat. A rather noticeable increase in the prize fund allocated for the participants in the lottery was also observed. This indicator compared with 2020 increased by 212%.
In addition, the total profit of the company increased by 170%, increasing from 7.7 million AZN to 20.9 million manat, and net profit, increasing by 73%, reached 7.6 million manat.
During the period of 2021, the company, having invested in the amount of 5.6 million manat, increased long -term assets from 1.1 million manat to 6.7 million manat. Including, at the end of 2021, the volume of all assets of the company amounted to 31.8 million manat. At the end of 2020, the volume of all assets of the company was equal to 11.1 million manat.
Note that the total capital of OJSC “Azərlotereya”, increasing by 33%, reached 9.7 million manat.
