19-year-old Nakhid Aliyev worked on the construction of a multi-storey building, erected ZhSK şərur at the intersection of Suleiman Sanya Akhundov Street with Azadlyg Avenue.

In 2015, he fell from the sixth floor of the building and died. At the same time, another worker Azad Abbasov, who was lucky, and he survived.

The victim’s side remains unhappy with the court decision.

“The judge can so devalue human life? The human life is priceless. It is impossible to convey in words what we experienced when our son was killed. It should not be evaluated. But compensation should be fair,” said Azizchen Aliyev.

Azizhan Aliyev filed an appeal to the decision of the Nizami district court. The case was aimed at re-consideration in the Nizami district court.

Note that the head of the ZhSK şərrr is a businessman Isfhendide Ahundov, better known as Isfhemere Sharurian. These days, his name is mentioned in another trial to assign a preferential loan allocated by Zaminbank.
