The official Baku advocates the normalization of relations with Armenia. This was stated by the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan, Jaykhun Bayramov during a tripartite meeting with the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation and Armenia Sergey Lavrov and Ararat Mirzoyan on Friday in Moscow.
“post -conflict normalization is a process consisting of various tracks. We advocate parallel work on all tracks. We believe that all steps are complementary,” said the head of Azerbaijani diplomacy.
Bayramov recalled that from the end of last year a certain stagnation was observed in the process of dialogue, and since the beginning of May there has been a positive dynamics.
“Meetings and negotiations were held at the level of teams on a peace treaty, a meeting of leaders. We believe that today’s negotiations will also be fruitful and will make it possible to go through the entire range of issues again.
