Baku: after 18 years, murderers of Rachili Jalilova and her granddaughters are judged

The Investigative Department of the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan ended a preliminary investigation of a criminal case on the fact of a deliberate murder committed 18 years ago in an apartment, where the residents of the Yasamal district of the capital Rakhil Dzalilov (born in 1947) and her granddaughter Aigun Azizov (born in 1989) lived together .

During the investigative measures carried out by the Prosecutor General and the Ministry of the Interior, it was found that citizen Anar Agalarov in order to seize significant property of Racheli Jalilova, in conspiracy with the deceased Tamomur Mammadov and Farid Mammadley illegally penetrated her apartment and, having caused numerous numerous Knife wounds, killed Rakhil Dzhalilov and Aigun Azizov, taking $ 600.

Based on the collected evidence, Farid Mammadli and Anar Agalarova were charged under the articles of the Criminal Code 120.2.1 (intentional murder by a group of persons), 120.2.4 (murder with special cruelty or generally hazardous way), 120.2.6 (murder for concealment of concealment another crime or mitigation of its commission) and other articles.

Currently, the criminal case has been sent to the Baku court for serious crimes for consideration on the essence.
