Bayramov noted that, despite the peaceful proposals put forward by Azerbaijan, the initiatives contributing to the normalization of relations in the region, the continuing military-political provocations of the Armenian leadership against the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan were struck by these efforts. It was emphasized that the congratulations of the Prime Minister of Armenia Pashinyan, addressed to the September 2 to the Setaraatist regime, completely contradicts the statements made by him on the support of territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan in the Karabakh region.
